Ixture of affection and contempt by his brothers the other four Pandavas and with scorn and hatred by his Kourava cousins Bhima battles incessantly with failure and disappointment even as a child He's adept at disguising his feelings and has an overwhelmingly intuitive understanding of everyone who crosses his path an uncanny ability to know how. the revolutionary thinker in me the one who uestions every single myth and superhero story fed to me while being respectful to the traditions this book brings it all back and yes in a very tight thrillerfor those who love mythologyhistory and good stories this is a must read i don t have to say anything and for the portrayal of bhimasena I feel I found something I was searching for the human side of the epic with many parts I was hoping might be included in the way I wanted but many that didn t mention many things I wanted to read about I guess those were not added since MT wouldn t or couldn t include something without proper researchas per the epilogue the deep research is very evidentoverall a great experience for me a teetotaler in malayalam literature struggling to mouth many of the words and usages
